As\u00ed lo dicen los l\u00edderes del proyecto FabConnectHer, nuestro nuevo proyecto destinado a abordar la brecha de g\u00e9nero en los campos STEAM (Ciencia, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda, Artes y Matem\u00e1ticas). Financiado bajo la Acci\u00f3n Clave 2 de Erasmus+: Asociaciones para la Cooperaci\u00f3n, nuestros socios europeos est\u00e1n trabajando para desarrollar itinerarios educativos innovadores, mentor\u00eda y aprovechar las capacidades \u00fanicas de los Fab Labs para animar a mujeres y ni\u00f1as a explorar, participar y sobresalir en los campos STEAM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La primera reuni\u00f3n transnacional<\/strong><br \/>\nLa primera reuni\u00f3n transnacional de FabConnectHer se celebr\u00f3 en Leeuwarden, Pa\u00edses Bajos, a finales de 2023. Este evento sent\u00f3 las bases para una colaboraci\u00f3n eficaz y el desarrollo de estrategias entre los socios. La reuni\u00f3n estuvo repleta de animados intercambios, en los que los socios compartieron ideas y estrategias para fomentar la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en STEAM. Una caracter\u00edstica clave del evento fue la visita a D\u2019Lab, que ofreci\u00f3 una visi\u00f3n de los entornos creativos y tecnol\u00f3gicos que FabConnectHer pretende utilizar en toda Europa. Las discusiones y actividades durante estos dos d\u00edas sentaron las bases de lo que promete ser un proyecto transformador e impactante.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mirando hacia el futuro: qu\u00e9 esperar del Proyecto FabConnectHer<\/strong><br \/>\nEl proyecto FabConnectHer desarrollar\u00e1 una variedad de materiales de impacto. A medida que el proyecto avance, espere rutas de aprendizaje atractivas dise\u00f1adas espec\u00edficamente para empoderar a ni\u00f1as y mujeres en campos STEAM, y programas integrales de mentor\u00eda. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto desarrollar\u00e1 una plataforma digital, fomentando una comunidad para el aprendizaje continuo y el intercambio de conocimientos. Los participantes pueden esperar talleres interactivos, eventos de colaboraci\u00f3n transnacional y desaf\u00edos innovadores que no solo mejorar\u00e1n su experiencia de aprendizaje, sino que tambi\u00e9n contribuir\u00e1n activamente a reducir la brecha de g\u00e9nero en STEAM.
