Atrav\u00e9s de debates, estudos de caso e dramatiza\u00e7\u00f5es, explorar\u00e1 estere\u00f3tipos comuns - como a cren\u00e7a de que os homens s\u00e3o mais adequados para fun\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas - e a forma como estes preconceitos afectam a confian\u00e7a e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos mentorandos.
