Share ideas for mentoring sessions, workshops or short activities, including how you adapt resources for different age groups, timeframes or learning environments. You can also discuss tools from the Mentorship Resource Hub and how they worked in practice.

You can suggest trying something together, ask who else is working on a similar topic, or share an idea that could benefit from another mentor’s perspective.

This space supports discussion on confidence building, leadership and future pathways in STEAM. Use it to exchange ideas on role modelling, encouraging participation, supporting decision-making and introducing career options in a supportive way. This is a place to share strategies that help girls and women see themselves as capable, confident and active in STEAM.
