Through examples from Portugal, Iceland, Spain, Ireland, and the Netherlands, it explores how hands-on learning, mentoring, role models, and creative activities can help make STEAM more accessible for girls and young women.
It shares practical experiences from educators, Fab Labs, mentors, and students, and highlights what helped create engagement, confidence, and a sense of belonging in STEAM.
