Welcome to the FabConnect MentHer Community
This is your community space as a FabConnectHer mentor.
Here you can meet other mentors, exchange ideas, strengthen your mentoring skills and feel supported as you inspire the next generation of female innovators in STEAM.
The MentHer community connects mentors and role models from Fab Labs, VET and CVET providers and local learning centres across Europe to build a strong network that lifts girls and women in STEAM via our Fab Lab superpowers!
How to Join the FabConnectHer MentHer Community
When you register, you will be asked to complete your mentor profile. A strong profile makes this community more valuable for you and for everyone involved.
Why your profile matters
• It helps others understand your background, interests and strengths.
• It supports your personal reputation by showing your experience and areas of expertise.
• It makes it easier to connect with mentors who share similar areas of work.
• It strengthens collaboration, peer support and exchange across the network.
• It gives the community a clear view of the expertise available.
What to include
Provide clear and useful information about:
• Who you are and where you work
• Your Fab Lab or STEAM experience
• Your mentoring interests
• Your preferred way of engaging with the community
A photo and short bio add clarity and help others recognise you across discussions and events.
Submit
Once you complete and submit your profile, we will review it and activate your account.
You will receive an email with your access details. If it does not arrive in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
After approval
You can then log in, explore the community, connect with mentors across Europe, join discussions and access all MentHer resources.
