As our MentHer community already brings together mentors and role models from Fab Labs, VET and CVET providers, and local learning centres across Europe, it supports collaboration, shared learning, and the use of Fab Lab strengths to lift girls and women in STEAM through creativity, problem-solving, digital making, and hands-on experimentation. Every mentor contributes to the strength of this network and the positive influence it creates.
