Smart Open Lab

Motivated by the global network of FabLabs, we started our journey with few resources but a lot of enthusiasm at the Polytechnic School of Cáceres. An illusion that grew with the dozens of students who began to be part of the project.

At Smart Open Lab we are proud of the diversity generated by its community thanks to the different projects in constant development and always focused on social benefit.

We are currently a community that exceeds 250 associates and has extraordinary material that needs the creation of several sub-laboratories for better management. From 3D printing to working with all kinds of textiles, through audiovisual creation or electronic development, are some of the areas that make up our laboratory.

With an annual fee from 15 euros you can benefit from all the resources we offer: hardware, software and, most importantly, knowledge and experience.
