Prototype 5 takes the form of a tapestry that brings together symbols from each participating culture. The team explored how these different visual languages could connect within one shared design.
As a prototype, the pattern is laser-engraved into wood, serving as a test version for a future woven carpet. It shows how digital fabrication can support traditional textile ideas, turning cultural symbols into a design ready for further development.
