  What actually keeps girls engaged after the first step?

  After Girls Day and similar activities (see forum mentoring girls day 1), we often manage to get girls through the door. But what happens after that?

  Not everyone who joins is immediately interested. Some are curious, some unsure, and some are only there because their school brought them. That makes the “next step” less obvious.

  In your experience, what helps girls stay connected after that first moment?
