Portugal Rally Game

Hello! We are Sara and Clara (Sara’s mentor on the FabConnectHer initiative). We were looking for a role model who embodies resilience, courage, and determination — someone whose journey reflects the very spirit of Fab&Fierce. Maria Luís Gameiro stands out not only for her achievements as an off-road driver, but also for her ability to break barriers, challenge stereotypes, and persist in high-pressure, competitive environments.

Her career in off-road motorsport demands technical expertise, strategic thinking, physical endurance, and mental strength. These qualities align perfectly with the values we want to highlight in our project: confidence, perseverance, continuous learning, and fearless ambition. She proves that women can thrive in demanding industries and redefine what leadership looks like.

Moreover, she supports Liga Portuguesa Contra o Cancro and donated 1€ per competitive kilometre covered on the Rally Dakar to this charity institute. As a team, we see in Maria Luís Gameiro a symbol of what becomes possible when compassion meets discipline and when women dare to claim space in arenas where they have historically been underrepresented.

Through this project, we aim to celebrate not only her achievements, but also the broader message she represents: that being “Fab & Fierce” means owning your path, pushing boundaries, leading with strength and authenticity and doing good for others.
